Rudolph (Rudy) is a Consultant with Global Public Affairs’ Transportation, Infrastructure, and Communities practice group in Ottawa. He supports the execution of public affairs strategies, research, and analysis for clients.

Before joining Global, Rudy worked in public and international affairs in Canada and abroad. He has worked as a Parliamentary Assistant to a former Federal Cabinet Minister and subsequently worked at Employment and Social Development Canada’s Service Policy Branch, Global Affairs Canada’s Haiti Branch, and Colleges and Institutes Canada’s Skills to Access the Green Economy (SAGE) initiative in the Caribbean. During his time at SAGE, Rudy updated their gender inclusion policy toolkit, which is now being implemented at its six partner training institutions around the Caribbean. Rudy has worked on a diverse set of policy advocacy files, including the following: Gender inclusion, governance, education reform, Service policy, Industry regulations, supply chain resiliency, transport, IT Regulations and more.

Rudy is trilingual (English, French, Haitian Creole) and holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree in International Development with Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Guelph.
