Marc acts as Senior Advisor and General Manager at MERCURE Conseil for over five years. In his role, he helps clients effectively navigate the provincial and federal political landscape, with a primary focus on supporting their interactions with the governments. Marc also offers financial communication services, managing the development of communication tools such as press releases, quarterly and annual reports, as well as ESG reports.
His expertise in government relations leads him to assess bills and regulations and analyze their potential impacts on clients’ activities. He oversees the research and drafting of strategic briefing notes and creates stakeholder maps to better understand the political environment. This approach helps identify key opportunities and challenges for the firm’s clients. Drawing from these analyses, Marc develops government relations strategies designed to maximize influence and anticipate regulatory changes.
Marc has distinguished himself through his academic involvement, notably as President of the Geopolitical Association at HEC Montréal and participated in numerous international conferences on the diplomacy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance and International Business from HEC Montréal, and completed the Canadian Securities Course.
