Recognized by L’Acadie Nouvelle as one of the Top 30 Young Francophones to watch in 2021, Marc-André joined Global Public Affairs through its acquisition of m5 Public Affairs.
Marc-André has a strong background of political experience and in public service, having worked within the offices of federal political leaders and government departments. His roles have included handling community engagement and communications for the Member of Parliament for Beausejour, serving as a communications assistant in the Ottawa office of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and working as a public servant in the Gulf Regional Director’s Office of the Ministry of Fisheries and Oceans.
Marc-André’s work is shaped by over a decade of hands-on political experience, including holding senior roles on various political boards, and serving as campaign manager at both provincial and federal levels. He’s been deeply involved in managing election campaigns, developing political communication strategies, and providing strategic counsel to political leaders at all levels of government.
In his spare time, Marc-André is very active in his community. He is the Deputy Mayor of the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie. He also serves on several local boards like the Shediac Lobster Festival and the Louis-J.-Robichaud Foundation. In February 2023, he was a recipient of a Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal by the Province of New Brunswick.
Marc-André is a proud graduate of l’Université de Moncton, holding both a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration.
