Jonathan is a seasoned communications professional with over 20 years of experience in major corporations. Known for his leadership, energy, and creativity, he has led multidisciplinary teams and managed large-scale projects in corporate communications, change management, and digital transformation.
Before joining MERCURE, Jonathan led the corporate communications team at TC Transcontinental, where he oversaw numerous projects related to the company’s acquisitions and divestitures, while spearheading a major digital transformation across the company. Throughout his career, he has also held senior positions at organizations such as Canadian National Railway (CN) and VIA Rail, where he contributed to developing communication strategies, supporting and coaching executives, leading significant organizational transformations, and managing crisis situations.
Early in his career, Jonathan worked as a communication and change management consultant at CGI, where he carried out mandates for renowned organizations such as Air Canada, Bombardier,
Hydro-Québec, Cirque du Soleil, and National Bank. His professional journey has allowed him to build strong expertise across a variety of sectors such as transportation, technology, printing, packaging, finance, energy, and professional services.
Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in public communication from Université Laval.
