Isaac is an Associate Vice President with Global Public Affairs’ Toronto team. He works with clients to develop and execute government relations strategies and provide strategic counsel on complex public policy issues across sectors in the Ontario and federal governments.
Before joining Global in 2021, Isaac worked in the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Growth. Isaac also worked on counter-terrorism issues as a Strategic Communications Officer at the U.K. Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London.
Isaac holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs, specializing in global markets, from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in political science from Western University.
