Hugo is a Project Manager at MERCURE. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing and interpreting information from various sources, particularly through media monitoring. He formulates recommendations based on the information gathered, conducts a wide range of research, and contributes to the completion of client projects. His writing skills also enable him to draft and edit various documents, while providing general support for public relations projects.
Before joining MERCURE, he worked for nearly two years at Éleveurs de porcs du Québec.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied political studies, with a minor in international relations, as well as a master’s degree in applied political studies from the University of Sherbrooke. As part of his master’s program, he wrote a thesis on major events in the Quebec pork industry from 2019 to 2024.
