Holly Johnson is an Executive Communications Coordinator at Global Public Affairs, where she supports the firm’s strategic communications work for clients across sectors. In this role, she works alongside senior advisors to execute communications campaigns, coordinate priorities, and produce digital and stakeholder-facing content.
Prior to joining GPA, Holly served as a Strategic Communications Advisor to Canada’s Minister of International Trade at Global Affairs Canada, where she worked to advance Canada’s trade priorities under two Prime Ministers. In that role, she developed speeches, digital content, videos, and other communications products to support the Minister’s international engagements, trade missions, and policy priorities.
Holly also served as a Deputy Campaign Manager during the 2025 federal election, overseeing campaign operations, media relations, advertising, and voter outreach. She previously worked on the Strategic Impact and Advocacy teams at the Canadian Real Estate Association, supporting national stakeholder engagement and fundraising initiatives.
She is the co-founder of Motorcycle for Miracles, an international fundraising initiative that has raised more than $1.25 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Holly holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of Ottawa, graduating magna cum laude.
