Erin Co is a Consultant at Global Public Affairs, bringing experience in advocacy, strategic planning, and relationship building.
During the 2024 BC election, Erin played a core role in multiple successful provincial campaigns, contributing to campaign strategy, issues management, and intelligence gathering. Known for building strong and lasting relationships across sectors, Erin excels at connecting with stakeholders to drive meaningful engagement and impactful outcomes.
With a previous tenure as Vice President of External Affairs at the Alma Mater Society (AMS) of the University of British Columbia (UBC), she successfully championed student-focused initiatives, including securing funding for affordable housing and creating transit subsidies for working students. As Chair of the Undergraduates of Canadian Research-Intensive Universities (UCRU), she led national advocacy efforts that resulted in substantial increases in student grants and expanded investments in student employment programs. Additionally, her time as a Strategy and Events Intern at the Canada-ASEAN Business Council sharpened her expertise in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
With a strong foundation in economics, policy analysis, and relationship management, Erin takes a solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex issues and delivering actionable insights for GPA’s clients.
Erin holds a Bachelor of International Economics with a Minor in Law and Society from the University of British Columbia, graduating with Distinction.
