Christine brings strong expertise in public affairs, government relations, and corporate communications. For over 15 years, she has supported senior executives and elected officials in managing complex issues, ensuring strategic alignment and message consistency.
She has held key roles as a political advisor and press secretary in several ministerial offices, both provincially and federally, where she led communication strategies, managed media relations, and contributed to government positioning on sensitive files.
At the City of Longueuil, she headed institutional and government affairs, advising senior leadership and the mayor’s office on metropolitan issues and contributing to the development of executive documentation. She also served as strategic advisor at the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, supporting the transition to a new executive leadership structure.
Christine holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, a certificate in law, and two master’s degrees—in public administration and organizational development. She is recognized for her rigor, her nuanced understanding of political dynamics, and her ability to operate effectively in demanding environments.
