Andrew McKay is an Associate Consultant in Global Public Affairs’ Energy, Environment, and Resources practice group. Andrew holds experience in public policy, public affairs, communications, and energy.
Prior to joining Global, Andrew worked in Economic Affairs at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, creating policy briefs and communications materials for senior staff and ambassadors. Andrew also has experience in Public Affairs at the Ontario Securities Commission and with a major Canadian resources company. In these roles, Andrew has sharpened his ability to conduct regulatory and political analysis on federal, provincial, and international issues.
Andrew holds a Master of Global Affairs specializing in Global Markets and Security from the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from Queen’s University.
