Andrea is a Senior Consultant in the Health and Life Sciences practice group at Global Public Affairs. She is a public policy specialist with over seven years of experience advising organizations on government relations, advocacy strategy, and policy engagement, with a focus on women’s health and health policy.
Before joining Global, Andrea was a Policy and Advocacy Officer at Action Canada for Sexual Health and Rights, where she provided technical expertise on government relations and developed advocacy strategies that advanced reproductive healthcare in Canada and globally. Prior to that, she was a Program Officer at the McConnell Foundation, where she worked at the intersection of modern grantmaking and social innovation, supporting organizations and social enterprises focused on healthy communities and Indigenous reconciliation. She has also worked as a political staffer for a Member of Parliament, contributing to legislative analysis and committee work.
Andrea holds a BA in International Relations with a concentration in Public Affairs and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Affairs at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) at Carleton University.
