Miriam is a Consultant within the Energy, Environment, and Resources practice group, furthering federal files through research, engagement, and strategy development.
She comes to Global having worked for a government relations firm across multiple sectors where she dealt with leading international and Canadian companies. Prior, she worked as a university public affairs coordinator, researcher, and also as an ITS consultant with the Ottawa Hospital. She has established new processes from the ground up in all her roles, and brings an ultramodern edge to government relations strategies. Miriam is a vocal advocate for accessibility and disability visibility- she worked with Carleton University to implement new initiatives furthering disability accommodations and diversified support.
Miriam holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Business Law with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Carleton University, where she focused on consumer protection legislation. She also received a Master’s in Political Management.
