Linda is a Senior Associate in the Alberta Energy, Environment and Resources practice group, based out of the Calgary office. Linda brings over 30 years of experience with large projects, regulatory processes including joint federal-provincial environmental impact assessments and public hearings, strategic stakeholder engagement, Indigenous relations and social performance. She has worked in multiple sectors across Canada, including oil and gas, mining and electricity. Prior to joining Global, Linda led Canadian Indigenous relations and negotiations for a global oil and gas major. She was also that company’s Principal Technical Expert on Indigenous Peoples and led its Global Indigenous Peoples Expertise team. She also managed Newfoundland and Labrador operations for an engineering and environmental consulting firm and worked for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, including as a senior policy analyst on Indigenous Peoples.

Linda is a past director on the Waterpower Canada Board and volunteers with Inn From the Cold, in Calgary.

Linda has a BA (Hons) in Anthropology/Archaeology from McMaster University.
