Beatriz Grigsby-Larson is an Associate Consultant for the Victoria office, where she provides support on client relations, research, and communications. She supports clients in the Health and Life Sciences and other practice groups.

Beatriz has experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Prior to working a Global, she worked at a research lab at the University of Victoria that focused on tech infrastructure, innovation, and accessibility. She also worked at an environmental consulting engineering firm dedicated to solid waste management and worked at non-profits that focused on immigration. She has worked with the federal NDP on campaigns and constituency work.

Beatriz graduated from Simon Fraser University (SFU) in political science.
