After a decade with Global Public Affairs, Doug Noble is a Senior Associate with the firm based out of the Edmonton office. With more than four decades in public affairs in both the public and private sectors, Doug joined the firm in 2012 as Senior Strategic Advisor, before becoming Vice President, Western Canada. Most recently he was Vice President, Strategy and Provincial Energy Policy.
As Senior Associate Doug provides senior strategic counsel to clients in the energy sector, as well as focusing on client relationships and business development in a variety of sectors served by Global.
Doug is former chair and board member of the Edmonton Symphony and Winspear Centre for music, former chair of the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society. He was an advisor to and instructor with the Public Relations program at MacEwan University in Edmonton. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto.
