Doug Noble is based in Global’s Edmonton office and is responsible for senior management of client relationships and business development in Western Canada.
Doug provides strategic counsel on a wide variety of public policy issues and advises clients in the energy, healthcare, telecommunications, brewing, and financial services sectors.
Doug has more than 30 years of public affairs experience in the private and public sectors. He has held senior public affairs roles in financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications and has extensive experience consulting to the energy sector.
Doug is a former Chair and Board Member of the Edmonton Symphony and Winspear Centre for Music, as well as a former Chair of the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society.
Doug has served as an advisor to an instructor with the Public Relations program at MacEwan University in Edmonton. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto.
