Rudolph (Rudy) Damas is a Consultant with Global’s Transportation, Infrastructure and Communities practice group in Ottawa.  He supports the team in the execution of public affairs strategies, research, and analysis for a range of clients.

Rudy joined Global from Colleges and Institutes Canada, where he was working on its Skills to Access the Green Economy initiative in the Caribbean. Previously, he spent time as a Parliamentary Assistant to the President of the Treasury Board and also worked in the federal public service at both Global Affairs Canada and Employment and Social Development Canada.

Rudy is trilingual (English, French, Haitian Creole) and holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Ottawa as well as a Master’s degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies with International Development from the University of Guelph.
