With over a decade with Global Public Affairs, Doug Noble is a Senior Associate based out of the Edmonton office. With more than four decades in public affairs in both the public and private sectors, Doug joined the firm in 2012 as Senior Strategic Advisor before becoming Vice President of Western Canada. Most recently, he was Vice President of Strategy and Provincial Energy Policy.
As Senior Associate, Doug provides senior strategic counsel to clients in the energy sector, as well as focusing on client relationships and business development in a variety of sectors served by Global.
Doug is a former chair and board member of the Edmonton Symphony and Winspear Centre for Music and a former chair of the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Public Relations Society. He was an advisor to and instructor in the Public Relations program at MacEwan University in Edmonton. For nine years, he served on the board of the Edmonton Country Club, including two years as president.
He earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto.
