Global’s Technology and Space practice services emerging and established companies working on the cutting edge of next-generation technologies.

We help clients navigate regulatory, market access and policy challenges for specific emerging technologies, policy changes and data governance. We also support clients on wider policy challenges, including economic development and procurement policies.

Emilio Caputo is an Associate Consultant for the Victoria Office hailing from the village of McBride. He provides media monitoring, strategic research, logistical support, and a high level of care to clients.

Prior to Global, Emilio was interned at the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, where he authored strategic communications for the BC NDP and the Intergovernmental Relations Secretariat. He has also held various positions within BC political parties since 2017, most recently as Membership Secretary for Victoria-Beacon Hill.

He has a strong background in research and public relations, having previously been employed in the university setting, where he worked as a Researcher, Research Ambassador, and Curator. He has also served as Senator, representative to Jinan University in China, and founder of an academic conference while still in university.

Emilio graduated as Valedictorian from the University of Northern British Columbia, where he earned an Honours Degree in History and Minors in Political Science and Philosophy.
