Lindsay is a Senior Consultant at Global Public Affairs’ Victoria office, providing expert advice on government relations, strategic communications and stakeholder relations.
Lindsay brings close to a decade of experience advising senior executives and elected officials, including four B.C. Cabinet Ministers. Before joining Global, Lindsay served as Director of Strategic Communications at the Ministry of Education and Child Care, where she led a communications, engagement, and digital design team advancing the Province’s ChildCareBC plan. Her background includes driving high profile initiatives across the B.C. Provincial Government and the public sector, notably ICBC’s Enhanced Care reforms and capital infrastructure funding programs. Lindsay is known for her strategic counsel, clarity in complex policy environments, and her ability to navigate high stakes challenges with strong, solutions driven problem solving.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Victoria.
