As a a coordinator at MERCURE, Pablo leverages his writing and synthesis skills to conduct analyses on public and economic policy development. His responsibilities include media and parliamentary monitoring, while providing strategic support for various government relations mandates.
He previously served as an economic and political analyst at the Ministry of International Relations and la Francophonie (MRIF), and as an intern analyst at La Caisse (CDPQ) with the Global Relations and Regulatory Affairs team.
Pablo holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law and is currently completing a dual master’s degree in International Studies (concentrating on International trade and Investment) from Laval University and International Politics from Sciences Po Bordeaux. His academic background notably includes two semester abroad in Bordeaux and Madrid, as well as a three-week trade mission to Mexico.
