Donovan is a coordinator at MERCURE. In his role, he contributes to the analysis of proposed legislation and draft bills, and to political and media monitoring. His writing and summarizing abilities also allow him to offer his support in research and, more generally, in matters of government relations.
He holds a bachelor`s degree in political science from McGill University with a minor concentration in psychology. Having a large interest in local and international affairs, he contributed to an undergraduate political research journal in the international section as an editor. He is currently working on his Master`s degree in international and public affairs at the Université de Montréal, having completed his coursework with an emphasis on public policy and municipal affairs.
