Félix is a Project Manager at MERCURE. Passionate about public affairs and government relations, he leverages his communication, analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills to support the team in its mandates.
Before joining MERCURE, Félix held analyst positions at the Quebec Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity (MESS) and at the Montreal Public Consultation Office (OCPM). His experience in these institutions allowed him to develop a deep understanding of government operations and decision-making processes.
Félix holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a specialization in Cooperation and Development from the University of Montreal and a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Montreal.
A tennis enthusiast, he served as Technical Coordinator at Tennis Montreal, overseeing more than forty coaches and managing sports activity planning. He has also worked as a tennis coach, building and maintaining a loyal client base over the years.
