Kristin Anderson

Vice President, Alberta

Kristin Anderson is based in our Calgary office. Prior to joining Global, she worked for three years in Prime Minister Stephen Harper's Office of the Leader of the Opposition. In that capacity, she coordinated caucus outreach initiatives, created communications collateral, assisted with messaging and event planning. She also worked in the Conservative Party "war room" in the 2004 election, providing candidate support to campaign teams. Kristin has been involved with the Conservative government's predecessor parties, the Reform Party of Canada and the Canadian Alliance dating from the early-1990's.

In her role at Global, Kristin works with clients in the natural resources and energy infrastructure industries. She assists clients manage emerging government issues, plans and implements advocacy campaigns and brings a unique insight into the Harper government's perspective on policy-making and issues.

Prior to joining the Opposition Leader's Office, Kristin worked in marketing communications for Nortel Networks based in the United Kingdom. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calgary.
